When purchasing from our Web Shop we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our return and exchange policy.
We hope that you love your items from our Web Shop, but we understand that not every piece purchased will fit and exchanges are sometimes needed.
IMPORTANT: All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The return total will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT NOTE. Merchandise can be returned within 14 days from the shipping date, only unused, with original packaging and labels still attached on it.
All items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for any damages reported past the 2 day deadline.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/pet free condition.
- Sale items are all final sales & cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns on accessories or custom ordered items.
- We do not accept returns on exotic leather custom ordered items involving lead time and certification.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send the original item back to us. We cannot guarantee the item you selected will still be available in other sizes when the return reaches us.

Before you return anything please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Any shipments received without a RAN may be refused at our warehouse.
When sending your return items, we recommend sending them by Priority Mail, DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Once we receive it, we will process your return up to 7 working days.
Once the return is processed you will be emailed a confirmation and directions on how to redeem your store credit.
Please ship all returns only to Diabolito Craftsman and official Diabolito Sales Points or Diabolito Factory Facility and after receiving of our email confirmation stated exact address of delivery.
