Ordering & delivery

IMPORTANT:  When placing your order, please check your email order confirmation to ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you notice your shipping address or any other vital information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@diabolito.eu. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are not responsible for any misdirected, lost or stolen packages.

All prices are based on FOB terms including VAT and are subject to change without notice.

For retail clients please enter and submit your orders.

For wholesale clients please contact with us, provide your inquiry and your company data information.

We accept iDEAL, PayPal and all major credit cards.

Once we process the order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders will be shipped as complete as possible.

For retail clients we will use the shipping carrier by best way available.

For wholesale clients we will use the shipping carrier as per client’s instructions.

While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will try to contact you that the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. We strive to ship the order out the same day you place the order, up to 7 working days. We do not require signature upon delivery.

All cancelled orders must be confirmed by email. Save all packing materials and the original carton for returning.
